Hi guys,
A very clean townhouse is available to sublease from now to August 10th (The
end date is flexible. You can stay up to the end of August if you need).
The current tenants are a couple from CMU.
Location & Environment:
The townhouse is in a very safe and quiet community in Greenfield.
2 minutes walking to the Giant Eagle Grocery Store.
2 minutes walking to the bus stop: 61C, 61D, 64, 58.
5 minutes driving to Schenley Park
10 minutes driving to CMU, 15 minutes bus 61C/61D to CMU or U Pitts.
8 minutes driving or 10 minutes bus 61D /64 to waterfront Costco.
18 minutes driving or 25 minutes bus 61C/61D to downtown, Chinese grocery
store.
5 minutes driving to waterfront shopping mall.
House condition & rent:
The house is very clean with 3 stories: 2 bed rooms and one bathroom on the
second floor; one interior balcony, one living room, one dining room and one
kitchen on the ground floor; in the basement floor, there is a washer and a
dryer.
All rooms are richly furnished. One bedroom has a king size bed and the
other room has a queen size bed. Other furniture in both rooms includes
lamps, chairs, closets, desk and bookshelf. The dining table, dishwasher,
micro waver, refrigerator and mirror are shared.
You can rent just one bedroom sharing kitchen, bathroom, living room and all
other facilities for $249+$100=$349(including all utilities: gas, water,
power, wireless internet).
You can rent the whole townhouse for $449+$100=$549 (including all utilities
$1050).
We require you:
1) No alcohol, no smoking, no pets
2) Be quiet, neat, trustable
Open to both female and male, preferring Chinese guys
