Rent is $980+utilities. It is little over priced because bulidings are very
old. But is convienent for me.
Other options:
Highlands of Montour Run
Ventana Hills
Both high end apartments within your budget. |

Actually, I will be working for Bayer, too. And maybe we'll be neighbors
soon.
