效时间都变了，
从晚上6点改成晚上10点了，专门有人守着贴ticket。我的30刀啊！ |

Parking meter rates to rise beginning Wednesday

Rates for 7,000 on-street parking meters across the city will rise beginning
Wednesday, and some meters will have to be fed until 10 p.m., the
Pittsburgh Parking Authority decided this morning.
City Council, which controls meter rates, voted in December to hike hourly
meter rates as part of its plan to save the city`s pension funds from state
takeover.
In Downtown, the $2 hourly rate at meters will increase to $3; in other
parts of the city, the hourly rate will double to $1.
Also, council lengthened enforcement time of meters in Downtown, Oakland,
Shadyside, the Strip District, the North Shore, South Side and Squirrel Hill
until 10 p.m.; all other sections of the city will continue to be enforced
until 6 p.m.
Parking Authority Executive Director David Onorato said that the authority
may have to hire additional employees because of the extended enforcement
hours and to collect money more frequently from some meters, including
those in Downtown, so that they don`t become jammed with quarters.
Increases take effect on Wednesday, but it will take the authority at least
10 days to reprogram the meters; motorists will pay the old rates until the
meters are changed and enforcement signs are put up. |

for many streets in flushing.
On the other side, maybe it is easier to find a meter now if u need to drive
to school for some emergency
