toilets and 3 bathrooms. I lived in the house until last week when i
had to relocate to live with my wife and children in west Africa.

Monthly rental price: $750
Security Deposit: $300
Availability: It is available for move in immediately
Utilities: All utilities are included in the monthly rental price.
Electricity, Water, Internet, Wi Fi and a Garage.
You can rent the house for as long as you wish.
I will move out my furniture for you to move in yours if you will be
moving in with yours.
Pets are allowed provided you will keep the house clean at all times.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I want to rent out my house to someone who will take
very good care of it and that is why i am renting it out for a cheap
price so if you have to rent my house then you will have to take very
good care of it.
