The room is an efficiency room at coronado apartment in Shadyside. It's
located on the intersection of Centre Ave and S. Aiken Avenue. School
shuttle to CMU and PIT stop in front of apartment, and Giant Eagle
supermarket is 3 minute walk. It is very convenient and safe location.
The sublet starts from May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012
The rent will $555/month. This price includes heat, water, and gas.
Electricity will be extra (average
$15/month). The place is furnished, with queen bed, extra mattress, desk,
TV, microwave, kitchen stuff except dishwasher. The apartment is well
maintained, laundry facilities is on site.
I‘m moving out at end of April. This would be useful for someone who want
to permanently move into this apartment (lease renews June 1st).
Everything regarding furniture is negotiable. I will leave it or sell it, up
for discussion. |
