I`m making an inquiry about the 2 bedroom apartment, how much is the price
of the rent per month? And how much is the deposit payment? If you have some
other vacancy available for rent, you can list them for me with

这一切都看起来很正常，于是我回信给他，说明公寓还在，接着又有如下回信：

根据我的要求他又回信：
Okay i promise i will take to all your instructions, I received the
information, I will inform my Financial assistant about it and i will
forward it to my sole financial tomorrow morning. I want you to consider
your place rented to me because am very sure that the deposit payment for it
shall deliver to you before this week end, i will keep you updated on
delivery day in other for you to know the particular day it will deliver to
you. Please, I want you to withdraw the ad on Craigslist for people not to
bother you again about it. You will really enjoy my stay with you.Thank you
once again and have a wonderful day ahead see you soon.i want my luggages to
get deliver into the apartment and i want you to kindly assist me to get it

于是乎一切都按常理在经行，我也就把广告撤了下来。然后又过了大约一个星期，我追
问他什么时候把定金给我，与此同时我还问了一下公寓的管理员，这定金应该给我还是
给他们，结果他们回答给我就好，到时候领过来办理一下手续就行，我也就没再多想。
直到上周四，他忽然来信告知定金已经邮：

到这里其实我现在反过来看已经有点端倪他是个骗子了，因为他一再让我帮忙弄行李，
我也是刚来米国不久，事情又多，没往深了想。
但是，直到周五，他的信就让我异常的shock了！

我立刻警惕起来，究竟是怎么回事！这里我做错了一步，应该收到支票就不再搭理他就
好，我当时也是急切的想把公寓转租出去，也没多想就把支票兑换了
！
但，这里幸运的是，我知道支票即使能在银行兑换并不意味着我就能拿到钱，所以，我
很肯定的一点就是我拿不到钱一定是不会帮他做任何事情的！！！
而与此同时他又写信催促我办理行李：

1.据有经验的童鞋讲，一般把自己介绍得很详细的都是假的，不要相信就好！
2.对方类似的要求一旦提出，就立刻想到是骗子，因为没人会要求陌生人做这样的事情
，一定不要太热心肠，异国他乡保护好自己很重要！
3.银行账户一般来讲是安全的，但是如果有大笔资金想转账，类似情况也一定记住用现
金，这点是从PNC咨询电话里得到的建议。当然，一般不会被骗真傻到要做到这里，呵
呵。 |

卖点啥，一般都会收到骗子信，全都是自动回复的，广撒网，就等着
回复了上钩的。上一次当浪费一点时间之后就习惯了，以后扫一眼格式
就知道是骗子。

刚开始有人说了另一种极端情况，也就是这个钱是可以兑现的，到时候会有人让你还钱
回去。据说这种情况是国际洗黑钱的。于是你的银行账户会被冻结，还可能会被FBI盯
上。当时我听到差点没吓晕。
好在只是一个骗钱的。
