For a $300,000 house in Fox Chapel, the tax would be $1419 + $720 + $6467.28
= $8606.28. It is fairly high. |

. you can search on the county's real estate website. oh and, the county
just did a reassessment, so check out the house's 2013 new assessed value as
well
