May I
May I read you a sad fairytale
And close the book for a little while
Only to share a piece of silence
And let our minds travel for another mile
May I set up a little white tent
With four windows on its sides
Only to touch the forest winds
And hear your breathing from a distance
May I offer you my hands
And gentlly take you for a dance
Only to hide in the music rhythm
While I look into your eyes
May I step into your heart
At this cold stormy night
Only to fall asleep with no fear
And let my soul have some rest
