1. What's your career goal? What do you see yourself in the future? 我的大多
数面试中都问到了
2. If I contact your references, what do you think the best and the worst
would they say about you?
3. Why do you think you can fit well in my lab, considering you from
different background? (我是从yeast research 转到mammalian research).
还有大部分面试，你会有机会问一些问题（我个人认为你问的问题好坏很重要）
1. What do you expect from this position?
2. What are the subjects in your mind? Which one is the most urgent/

他们要你是为什么呢？感觉这些问题挺不好说的，呵呵。。。

我觉得像我这种情况，愿意给我面试机会的老板更注重人的knowledge, personality，
还有特别是要看看你是否注意细节，因为这些完全可以弥补经验上的不足。说到实验技
能，我是没有mammalian的经验，但基本的molecular biology实验都作过，本质没太大
差别。只要你作实验不是很sloppy,一般没有问题。
当然这和每个老板的需求有关，有的老板只是想找个干活的，马上解决紧急问题的。这
样的老板也不会bother to interview me. 如果你确实很想去某个实验室，面试前一定
要做好research. |
