Documents Needed for H-1B Application
After the H-1B advisors receive the department’s completed assessment form,
the following documents will be needed from the candidate:
•Current CV/resume
•Passport biographical page, showing picture and validity dates, as
well as any renewal pages.
•Copy of the approved waiver of Two-Year Home Country Residency
