1. offer时间问题：J1，DS-2019表里直接写了5年的时间，这个时间是否会影响顺利拿
到签证？
2. 薪水税务问题：网上看到很多人说国内过来的J1博士后前3年免,这个免税时间是指
财政年还是还是指具体时间满3年？过去以后是否需要办理什么相关手续才能享受这个
免税？
3. 保险方面：去之前会在国内买2个月的cover，去那边以后自己的保险由对方负责，
但是家属的保险如何办理，大家有何好的建议？ |

如果是这样，那若是不到2年就换到其他的岗位，那又会是怎样？

They start to count from your first job
Even if you change to another job within 2 years, you still have the "
benefit" of 2-year exemption.
