Postdoctoral Research Associate in Dynamic Medical Image Modeling and
Analysis
A postdoctoral position is immediately available at the Department of
Biostatistics & Computational Biology, University of Rochester School of
Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. The successful candidates will
perform mathematical modeling and statistical analysis of dynamic images
generated using multi-photon equipments. The ideal candidate should have a
doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, computer science, statistics,
mathematics, biophysics or related fields. Strong programming skills (e.g.,
C++, JAVA, python, or MATLAB) and experience in cell tracking and lineage
construction are required. Candidates with strong communication skills and
previous publications in related fields are highly desirable. The position
is initially available for two years. Interested individuals should send a
