范围大约多少？福利比如医疗什么的如何？
和老婆一起（我们计划一年内要小孩了），在ithaca
那博后的薪水是否足够一家人生活？

. Even a graduate student with full-time TA/RA can support a whole family
there. I know one couple, both are graduate students. They have three kids,
and seem no problem. |

it is a college town.
the housing is typically more than $700/M
I know a lot of postdoc can have kids even his wife is not working.
so you can survive for sure but may not save a lot money.
