发帖数: 163 | 1 我的J1在11月30号到期，老板已经同意转H1办加急。上个月就把所有材料交到human
resource了，结果昨天他们告诉我申请材料还没交到USCIS，把我气得半死。而且说11
月30号以后我不能工作，一直要等到H1下来。通知是这样的：
It has not been submitted yet. I have everything ready, but I am waiting on
the LCA to be approved. We will not receive the approval for your H1B
until after your visa will expire. You will have to stop working until it
is approved. As soon as we receive the approval notice, you can begin
working again. We are requesting premium processing so USCIS must process
within 15 days.
我记得是只要提交了申请就应该可以合法工作的啊，我又没有换实验室。各位有经验的

审批下来才行。多谢楼上的！ |
