You can ocntact Community College and talk to ISO directly.
Full time student, every semister 12 credits. each credit $300 in Washington
DC and Maryland area. So each semister 4000 is enough.
YOu can get J waiver even you are Chinese Government Send and if you get
approved by your Institute in China.
