Chinese citizen, you need get approved by Chinese Embassy.
If you apply for green card in the future, you need to wait as same as
Chinese citizen if you were born in China-mainland. | L****o

to China to fulfill 2 year foreign residence requirement even you are
currently another country PR.

If you got J visa in 2009, that time you were Singapore PR, you need back to
Singapore to fulfill.
That is a little different. If you want to apply for H1B visa, you had
better call USCIS to confirm.
