If spillover number is 5000, EB2 india is 8/22/2006, EB2 China is 9/22/2006
If spillover number is 6000, EB2 india is 9/8/2006, EB2 China is 9/22/2006
If spillover number is 7000, EB2 india is 9/22/2006, EB2 China is 9/22/2006
If spillover number is 8000, EB2 india is 10/1/2006, EB2 China is 10/1/2006
If spillover number is 9000, EB2 india is 10/8/2006, EB2 China is 10/8/2006
In FY 2009, there were 7200 spillover number, India got 7000. China got 140,
PD for both were 1/8/2005. FY 2011 is quite similar to FY 2009. Some people
said if spillover is 20000, then both CI will move to Jan 2007, but I do
not think so.
If spillover number is too less, EB2C cannot get anything, like FY 2009. so
it is better to file EB1 if you feel it is too long to wait. |
