If your 6 years H1B visa finished, if your I-140 approved, you can get 7th-
9th year H1B visa.
MOst companies do not support H1B visa, nor O visa, only accept EAD card or
green card. For instance, if you got Register Nurse licence, you cannot find
any position if you don't have EAD card or GC. Almost no hospital support a
nurse H1B visa or O visa. Hospital only accept EAD card or green card. | c**l

i NEED APPLY NEW INDUSTRY H1B
BUT this year's h1b should be used up around Jan,2011.
The company may give me offer at the middle of jan
So, i want to know if the h1b is used up , there are other choice?
