Hi, My name is 学习 and I would like to report to you a
recently emerged topic on the Internet regarding possible abuses of
the NSF fund grant process by David Hung-Chang Du and Helen Shen.

has 5 NSF grants after 3 years as an AP. In CS, this is unheard of,
and some people on Huaren did some investigation and found out that
David Hung-Chang Du http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~du/ was involved in
handing her a number of the grants. His wife recently accused Ms. Shen
of sleeping with her husband.
Never knew Computing Science can be so sexy and scandalous. "
Among other things, Dr. Shen was also accused of misrepresenting her
undergraduate B.S. degree credentials and using NSF funds to fly to
China to meet her paraamour.

This incident has caused serious concerns on whether the fund granting
