从I-797C里找
到USCIS的一个track number，然后去USCIS那里查状态？谢谢

上查了进
度，现在是Initial Review。网页下面的Processing Time说是要4个月。。。不知道过
来人都等
了多久啊，难道都是4个月么？我的J1今年9月就过期了，想马上申请H1B，不知道来不
来得及

你怎么这么快就收到I-797C了？我的Recommendation是2月1日sent，到现在还没收到
797C

If not, you need go to Infopass and ask USCIS do Service Request(SR). they
will tell you your case status.

sent是2月15日，今天也收到I797C了。
另外，申请H1B一般要多长时间啊？

发帖数: 9035 | 8 H1B takes 4-6 months if you don't pay $1225 pp fee.
If you pay and file I-907, it takes 2 weeks.

Your I612, APPLICATION TO WAIVE FOREIGN RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS was
accepted and is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. On
February 22, 2011, we mailed you a notice explaining this and describing
how we will process your case.

If approved. it should said we approved on Feb XX, 2011. etc. We sent you
approval notice etc.

已经有2个星期了，但是就是没有
Recommendation Sent 这一项，

发帖数: 23 | 14 My NOL was sent on Feb. 15 and I got I797C notice on Feb. 26 from VSC. I
think you should get I797C notice
these days. If not, you probably need check it.

On March 3, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I612
APPLICATION TO WAIVE FOREIGN RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS...
It seems that I'll get final approval notice soon.
Spring is coming and the process for J1 waiver is also faster..
