主要低在水平，而不是钱。现在人一比什么都是钱，其实提高水平才是根本，学会了本
事，总能找到赚钱的办法。但学术水平而言，中美之间差距太大了，做博后当然要去水
平高的地方了。至于国内博后的地位，我是很清楚地，就那么回事，算不得什么了不起
的优势。做学术的人，首先要着眼于水平的提高，做出一些响当当的东西，然后才是找
到用武之地，最后才是变现成金钱和地位。mitbbs上的很多人，眼光过于短浅，太热衷
于现实利益的比较，又不了解国内的实际情况，盲目回国，其实前途是很令人担忧的。

发帖数: 12601 | 11 其实不太一样，国内这种高薪的POSTDOC，和美国拿FELLOWSHIP的POSTDOC差不多
美国拿FELLOW的POSTDOC收入也是很高的
所以关键是要做到高端
