1. 如果我现在可以办H1B，是不是要开始准备办了？
2. Waiver 之后如果要交联邦税是从什么时候开始？ 是从收到I797 就要开始交还是提
交H1b申请开始交？

我觉得应该开始准备了---如果你准备10月1日开始上班的话（如果你是industry受cap
限制的）
My future company has put me into contact with their immigration lawyer (as
I requested), they are evaluating my degrees now (my degrees are from China
and Europe). then you need to apply for LCA (Labor Condition Application),
my lawyer said the turnaround time about 1.5 wk for that --- this step doesn
't need waiver results.
then when the waiver is finalized, you shall apply for H1B, Thanks to the
recession,there is still 2/3 of the H1B regular cap left!

until sometime October, say if my petition is approved in mid Sept, I need
to pay federal tax??
Should it be at the time u start the H1b job?? For me they are 2 different
jobs.. Thanks!!
