了USCIS一个地方），请问假如公司想早点让我去上班，已经准备好了所有其他文件，
拿到DOS recommendation letter之后，准备用premium process申请H1b（15天以内给
回复），请问有被RFE的可能吗？因为担心I-797在USCIS那里还没批。谢谢。 | s*******u
发帖数: 241 | 2 you should prep everything needed for H1B now.. and subit the H1B petition
once you receive the hard copy of your final approval I-797.
before you can even apply for H1B, your company needs to do LCA for you, I
figure you havent done that yet, right? so get this started! it doesnt need
J1 approval. and it takes about 1-2 wks to get approval.
You might make it... look at my case in a seperate post, I did everything in
just over 3 months. | r********5
