发帖数: 88 | 1 LD现在H1，我刚刚J1,如果LD现在申请EB1a的话，我因为没有豁免，所以不能一起申请
是吧？
那么，一年后我申请豁免，假设那时LD已经拿到绿卡了，我还能用配偶的资格申请吗？
也可以像EB1a那样很快就拿到么？
看了顶置的帖子，只写了可以，想问问大家有没有实际中遇到过这样的情形，多谢！ | s**u

Section 2(a) "if the spouse or children is in US", you can file 485 at
anytime even after the main applicant is approved.
2(b) "if spouse or children is outside US", then you will need to file "
