-3035有点问题，能改过之后再寄出吗？
我试着改了一下，发现case number保持不变，但是the third party bar code变了，
由于the third party bar code已经寄给中国使馆，中国使馆还要将其再寄给美国方，
如果我将后来改过的ds3035寄给美国的话，会不会出现“与中国使馆所寄资料不符合”
的情况呢？
