haven't find a real job yet, you can try to get it. This is especially good
if it's a good school/lab.
Stipend is normally<3K/month. |

Stipend ， 都高于3千。
他意思就是它支持你自己去申请fellowship样的东西，也就是说自己去找工资来源。
