letter verifying completion of Ph.d requirements 就行了；结果今天收到小米
email，说新学校HR要求research associate必须在开始工作前degree conferred。 但
是我们学校年底毕业degree conferred要到明年2月份 进行，3月份才能拿到证书。
请问有人有这种情况吗？怎么处理的？谢谢! |

we will have an official letter which says PH.D is guaranteed by xxx
Then, such letter can help us to start to work...

发帖数: 178 | 5 原来小米跟我联系的时候也是这么说的，结果昨天她跟HR的人确认后说不行，要么copy
of doplima,或者offical transcript with degree posted or degree conferral

我觉得，只要你博士论文官方submission了，就可以说明博士工作结束了。
我前段时间也是碰到这样的问题，是新老板搞定的
