I II III等级的，这么说貌似RA比RS好些？还有RAP老板说是按faculty来的，但是好像
受限制很多，涨钱也不能随便涨 呵呵 还有retirement plan benefits啥的，RA能不能
自己写Grant？ |

be careful if you want to get research scientist title,
the prevailing wage maybe be as high as 70000 (can you boss afford it?)
sometimes a better title maynot be always good...

发帖数: 21907 | 6 别提了 老板不大想给换了 postdoc 15.5%的finge fee RA等professional的是47.5，
算下来老板每年要给学校多交24k，nnd，学校太黑了！不过老板给涨了工资，也就算了
，反正学校也不给办1b，无所谓啦~~~~~
