termination to the USICS, you are ok, but if it is going to report sometime
later, once it does, and you does not want to change to other type visa, you
will still have one month grace period for you to prepare for leaving. | a*****X

学校不报，就意味着合同还在继续。但是老板可以不付钱维持合同？

发帖数: 2031 | 5 最后一张paycheck日期就是你H1失效的日期，J1可以自费，H1不行。
理论上，H1失效后必须立刻离境，没有grace period，但是好像一般多停留1-2个月问
题不大。
