randomly check the case numbers listed on sino-education website. I believe
it is just a random case, but I guess more lucky ones would get good news by
this weekend. Hope you are one of them.

发帖数: 40 | 11 It looks like a few more whose NOS letters were sent in February by DC
embassy got favorable recommendation yesterday. Their letters were received
by DOS on Feb. 28. I guess a least some applicants whose letters were
received on March 4 should get favorable recommendation this weekend or
early next week.
On the bad side, a handful of people whose letters were received on Feb. 3
but didn't get favorable recommendation still stuck there.
