In order to assist you in a timely manner, please include the following
information with your inquiry (Send a follow-up email including this
information if it was not included in your first request to this E-mail

1. Your name and receipt number and/or A-number
2. The date that you contacted the NCSC
3. The Service Request Management Tool (SRMT) inquiry number issued to
you when you called the NCSC. If you called the NCSC and they informed you
they were unable to complete a SRMT please provide a brief explanation
4. The name of the NCSC Customer Service Representative (if available)
who initially helped you.
The appropriate Service Center will review your e-mail; you will receive an
electronic response from this E-mail address or a letter in the mail
delivered from the US Postal Service.
If you feel the decision on your case was made in error, to protect your
rights you must follow the regulations and file any necessary motion or
appeal within the allotted timeframe.
For future status inquiries of a petition or application filed at a Service
Center contact our National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-
5283. To obtain forms, filing instructions, case status or to schedule an
appointment with your local office, please visit our website at www.uscis.
gov. You must use the InfoPass Appointment Scheduler prior to visiting your
