Reboot your PC with the original Window 2000 CD. You may need to make
changes in the CMOS settings to allow the PC to search for CD-ROM before
using hard disk drive.

You may want to try putting the CD in the CD-ROM drive and restart the
computer first. You PC may have already set to boot from CD-ROM first.
If this does not work, read this to see if you can understand.
