hehe, if it were the same for non-native speakers and if it were as simple as
looking it up into a dictionary,then what would be the point to do pilot-study
or what would be the meaning of psychometrician's job?
After all, the whole point of psychological assessment is trying to measure
some construct, which is unobservable. Therefore, the challenge is to how to
make sure that the items designed are to measure the exact construct as you
expect to.
