I bet a few friends have got the book titled "Managing your Mind, the mental
fitness guide". I would like to have this book documented on this board. How?
We type.
If anybody can help, please let me know. So we won't type the same chapters.
If nobody wants to help, I will do it by myself, it will take much longer.
