Actually I got this idea, because I think self-helping should overweight
meditation for some disorders such as depression, bipolar, procrasinating,
etc. I ever saw there are several shelfs of books in the self-help area of the
bookstore, and many of them are really good and helpful. If everyone here can
get one, read it carefully, summarize with his/her own experience (problem
solving) and share here, we can benefit a lot. Just as BM likes "Manage your
mind" and recommend it here, I guess |
