not sleep for many days and was thinking about quitting college. The I went to
a meditation class (Qigong) and then things got better, here are a few points.
1. Do not think it is a big deal to quit. Think differently. When I felt low I
intentially tried to think how those Xiao3 Fan4 could live so happily. There
are many ways of life. Of couse some time if I am not concentrated I will
