But I thought my medical record is confidential to future employers. Will

法定一个员工每年可以享受12周的无薪假期），这样的话需要提供医生证明交给公司，
公司才给假期。但是对下一个雇主应该没有影响，因为他们没有理由去查你以前的详细
医疗记录。
另外如果你觉得现在的公司对你的状况有歧视的嫌疑，可以去起诉歧视。

resume, and future perspective employers may ask the person for explanation
. If that happens the best thing to do is answer honestly (if not telling
them all the medical details).
Theoretically, the employer is not supposed to discriminate applicants based
on health history, but in reality...
