Sometimes I want to be positive, but just can not manage it.Though sometimes
I can.
Especialy when menstral cycle come, the days before period ,
it is like a disaster..
All the negative things come into my mind, and i ca not do anything..
This has affect my life, my study too much up to now.
i am having a slight depression, but I have such a busy and presurous life
right now..
I do not what can I do to change this..

-coaster, and it leads to our moodswings. I am against Pschy medication in
general but would still see a doctor in your case, becasue pills bring
quicker solution in addition to subsequent psychotherapy if necessary.

| r**t 发帖数: 214 | 4 不要控制,控制是没有用的,你所谓的负面情绪中,实际上包含了很多于你密切相关的
东西,只是你不愿意去看,不愿意去接受和承认,一直在拒绝罢了。但是你越去控制,
越去压抑,心里就越是僵硬,越是难受。因为你试图将自己的一部分去抹煞掉,这样只
会使内心的空间变得狭小。
如果你能对正面情绪的极力追求和对负面情绪的抗拒逃避,认真去观察自己内心的情绪
变化,仿佛一个完全中立的记录员,如实对当下的状态进行体察。愉快的时候清楚地觉
知愉快,不愉快的时候清楚地觉知不愉快。既非愉快也非不愉快的时候,同样清楚觉知。
这样,愉快的时候感觉虽好,但也是不断在变,有生起,有消减。不愉快的时候虽然很
难受,但也在变化,增减,消失。这样在情绪不断变化转换过程中,去如实地观察体会
到(并非自己心里有意去想)生灭无常的道理。既然不会一直好,也不会一直坏,何必
违背客观规律,只妄图抓住某一面?如此能以更平和,更客观的心态,那么,以前一直
抗拒的,不一定很可怕。
负面的情绪里,包含了很多很多的东西,如实地面对,是非常好的认识自己的机会,不
要错过!!!有时间,有兴趣,研究研究“内观”。
