I think the topic is interesting, but how did other people feel about the
"Nigrescense" in title? the Ni word is very dangerous bah, soaked with the
smell of racism
I guess the basis of the multicultural population you are interested in is one
other than black and white, then the devalue blackness comes from stereotype?
racial prejudice??
Event sounds like something happen just by coincidence, and it's suspicious to
generalize coincident. how about intergroup communication/dialogue debunks

Sue, D.W., & Sue, D. (2003) Counseling the Culturally Diverse: Theory and
Practice (4th ed.). New York: John Wiley and Sons.

for most of other identity formation models. However, from my own discipline I
