高盛的几个head trader是100 million club的幸运儿, 包括Hong Kong的Morgan Sze,
London的Pierre-Henri Flamand, 以及some traders in Tokyo。New York based
Raanan Agus的奖金至少是70 million。花落亚洲的原因是高盛今年在亚洲斩获巨大。
其次所谓的 “golden 25” managers, traders, and bankers 会得到25 million 以
上的奖金。
然后senior executives who are called “partners”, 会得到10 million to 20
million。
虽然平均数值是622,000, 但大多数员工拿不到这个数字。不过大树底下好乘凉, 普通
员工的奖金增幅比去年多百分之30到50, 这个数字也不错。

nts is that top traders make twice what their CEOs get.
The reason for this is that the CEO and the trader participate in different
labor markets characterized by different next-best-alternatives and differen
