exchange rate, which is determined largely by the yield difference; since
alot of times whether to early exercise american options depends upon the
yield difference between strike currency and base currency, the effects of
early exercising will be offset by the FX rate applied to foreign investors
and hence the overall effect would be essentially the same as its for
domestic investors.
