只问了为什么想change career path，financial background, computer skills and
the most important character which will help you succeed in trading.
还说这个职位前6个月是non-salaried,这个正常么？是所有junior prop trader都一开

series 7, 63 etc.
just do not understand why the first 6 months are non-salaried and want to
know whether this is industry standard
..

but for traders, you will be kicked out if you do not perform no matter
whether it is salaried or not, right?

发帖数: 129 | 9 因为这类的公司纯粹就是trader公司,他们弄了一些设备和软件,然后有些钱,开始炒股
票.不是fund也不是bank,这种得公司基本上你干下去是没有前途可言的,我的忠告是你
不要去做这个trader.
这不同于ib里面的trader,这个是阿狗阿猫都可以去做的trader.这种公司对于新人的学
历没有任何要求,所以你千辛万苦读出来的高等学历,在这里和highschool的人一起6个
月没有工资...
你不会被trader这个名词给忽悠傻了吧 | y*******o

starting the thread is because i believe RBC professional trader group is
pretty standard company. that's why i am asking.
