I was told today by a staff in ISO from my current university that that I'll
lose my OPT if I skip it after the graduation with my Ph.D. degree and I
can't get it any more after the graduation with MFE later.
Is it exactly correct? I saw the relative discussion here before. If it is
the case, how do those people with Ph.D. figure it out?
Thanks for any suggestions.
