能不能在其他国家，远程做美国的市场 |

problem even if the qunats are not on the same floor as the traders. The
couple sell side shop I worked at places desk quants on trading desk and
have IT rotations on desks too. It is hard enough to communicate with the
traders to understand the problem and deliver a solution. Impossible if one
has to talk on phone, forget about it if you are in a different time zone.
Buy side shops will stay where the exchanges are. They wil

are. They'll rent a co-location slot at the exchange and set up their server
there.
