I assume you had some previous contact, either through HR or Headhunter, via email. Write a note stating that you are sincerely sorry that you missed the phone call (hopefully due to some good/decent reason) but would nevertheless appreciate the chance to continue the conversation (if the contact is HH, they most likely will push it for you).
