基本上要看过Effective C++系列吧，知道design pattern，熟悉STL, Boost，
Windows/Linux通吃，写过一定量的代码，熟悉算法和数据结构
这是我的理解
更高级的就翻看前面一阵子的帖子吧，有一个design pattern idiom list，知道10个
就是牛了
