I just got an offer from Citigroup, the recruiter told me they do not
sponsor H1B and asked me to work as a consultant for 6 months first then
sponsor me H1B visa.
what do you guys think? Is it true????

but if you can use your opt to work for citi for several months
then OK le, that is "old guy" H1B application
so the HR is right
