那些建议你不要找front office工作的人也在找工作, 想减少竞争者.
if you dont think ur back ground is strong, maybe you can focus on start up/
small companies instead of the more established names.

to find out. There are one man shops under bigger funds, and there are mid-
size shops, many of them do sponsor whatever you need.
