non officer相当于别家的associate或analyst，因人而异
associate director介于两者之间

One more question; a remote friend of mine got promoted to Executive
Director after 2 years at Goldman. Do you know if Executive Director at
Goldman is like SVP at other banks or more like VP? I suppose it is the
former because Goldman also has VP title.
