MS). I have an interview in the week after next week. I wonder if anyone has
any idea of how it goes. This is my first interview and I don't wanna blow
it up...thank you..

3-4 math and finance questions.
I wonder if they are also gonna ask about any brain teaser?
My background is PhD in applied Math, and I graduated this May.

I googled and I indeed got some problems, but not many. I also found that
problems are almost all for the first round. I guess that not many guys got
to the second round, though I know quite a few got the offer. Why? is it
that hard, or HR didn't want to hire, or guys here are not smart enough? I
don't think it should the third one. |

You are good and you did what I usually do. hehe.
I actually asked the HR people and he told me "The finance questions range
from asset/option pricing and stochastic calculus." I am pretty confident at
my own field, but stochastic and calculus and asset/option pricing are
something I am working on. I dare to say that I am good at pretty much most
fields, but unluckily stochastic calculus(SC) is one of them. I audited SC
at NYU this summer and I would say that I like it pretty much, but |

What I learned at UPC has nothing to do with petruoleum/oil/gas/etc, though
I think I can find connections in those fields. It's just a long story.

I got it though a friend I met. Again it's another story. hehe.

It's first interview but I do want this position, so I gotta work it out...
PS. There are actual other websites that post interview questions. You
